You will be asked to complete a "test request" form and provide a urine sample (for males and females) or a self-taken low vaginal swab (for females, not available via the website). The information you give will be treated in the strictest confidence.

Chlamydia is the most commonly diagnosed bacterial sexually transmitted infection (STI) in the UK; affecting both men and women.
Just because you don't have any symptoms does not mean you don't have it.
It only takes one episode of unprotected intercourse or a failed condom with an infected person to become infected.
If you are under 25 you should be tested annually or after every change of sexual partner (whichever is most frequent).
A simple test can confirm if you have Chlamydia and the infection and be easily treated with antibiotics.
